Found few 16mm reels buried in boxes with stuff that came to me from the past. Mostly devoid of any meaningful reference. Outtakes, notes, ideas, shot for the reasons now completely forgotten and irrelevant. But still, it should feel like a gift. Testimony that those few passing seconds actually happened in your life, right ? Meh…
Oddly enough Satie was one of the few that we were listening to at that time (so I was told). Along with the music of Philip Glass, Arvo Part, David Sylvian, and few important others it shaped sonic ambience of that time.
